Promote Your Tour 

We make promoting your tour simple. Our personalized, full-color PDF brochure and private web page will include a detailed itinerary, pricing, contact information, terms and conditions and reservation forms. Your passengers will be able to easily access our online registration portal.

Personal invitations, phone calls, letters/emails, and announcements in bulletins or newsletters will help you stimulate interest in your trip. A great way for a group leader to advertise his/her upcoming trip is to plan a few informational meetings. A simple meeting over coffee and treats is an effective way to share information with those who live in close proximity to you. To reach those who live farther away, a virtual presentation and social media are good options. Our team will provide you with a personalized information registration page, downloadable PDF promo piece, promo video, and social media posts. Using the electronic PDF of the brochure as well as these other electronic outlets will help make it easy for you to spread the word. Remember to also encourage those you know to invite others.

Keep Inviting

Once you’ve booked your trip and started promoting it, be sure to follow up with potential travelers. Don’t forget to have a sign-up sheet for those that are interested in your trip, even if they cannot make it to any of your meetings. It’s important to have everyone’s contact information so you can easily follow up with them in the future! Successful group leaders stay in touch with individuals who have shown interest.

Travel

After registrations are completed and the tour has been finalized, Inspire Travel Group will take care of all final travel documents for your group. We will send these to either the passengers individually or to the group leader directly (along with name tags, lanyards, and luggage tags) to help prepare for the trip. All you have to do is pack and enjoy watching each of your group members experience the trip of a lifetime.

• Choose a tour schedule and guide specifically for the Protestant/Evangelical market.  A believer guide who understands your spiritual, historical and cultural objectives adds a tremendous dimension to the quality of the tour. 

• Plan far enough ahead.  Although we have had success with 9 months advance planning, we suggest that a tour is planned and promoted 12-18 months in advance.

• Promote the tour through email, social media, print, web, and video.  Be sure to include an online reservation system.

• Offer the tour to friends and family of the church or group.  It is important that your tour operator can offer reasonably priced airfare from anywhere as a help to build your group.

• Price the tour at a competitive rate.  Prices and package inclusions are easily available online and the general public is becoming more and more aware of this every day.

• Choose a company that has a group air department with airline contracts and a professional team to back you up.

Choose a US Operator with the appropriate insurance, services, staff, and credentials.  A foreign tour operator does not help you with the points above and has very little accountability to a US client. Refund complications, insurance coverage, claims, and unrealized package inclusions can become a nightmare to recover.
