I am very thankful that Lisa told me about how to use the Passport To Purity get-away. It really helped us have a great weekend and discuss a lot of important things that I want my daughter to know as she gets ready to be a teenager. If you have always wanted to help your son or daughter through these challenging years, I invite you to join me for Pathway Through Puberty where I will give you a Biblical strategy through a fun and meaningful Get-Away Weekend filled with already done for you talks and discussion questions.
If you’re a busy parent of a tween who keeps meaning to talk to your son or daughter about all things puberty, then you are in the right place.
Maybe you have delayed talking about things because you just aren't sure what to share. Have you asked any of these questions?
- How much should I share?
- What are they ready for at this age?
- When is the best time to tell them about sex?
- How do I maintain their innocence but also help them be informed?
- What can I say to help them to make good, God-honoring decisions?
- How can I help them fight the pressure of culture?
- How do I instill an internal motivation for the value of purity and waiting to have sex until they get married (even if you didn't)?
These are good questions. My husband and I have asked these questions about our four children as well.
We wanted a Bible-based way to prepare our kids. We found the Passport To Purity get-away experience and found it to be a great way to have some Bible-based conversations about sex, dating, purity, and friendships with the opposite sex. It also was honestly a great bonding and memory weekend!
I would really love to teach you how to go through this experience with your own son or daughter! It's great for moms to do this with their daughters and dads to do with their sons - but either parent can do this with their child.
What Does The Get-Away Weekend Look Like?
You will choose a weekend that works for you and your child. This is a unique time and location for each family. You are encouraged to plan a special get-way for these discussions. Your Passport To Purity kit will include a discussion guide for you (the parent) and also one for your son/daughter. There are 5 sessions that each take about 90 minutes of listening to an audio file (like a Podcast), then doing a hands-on activity, and then some discussion questions. You are encouraged to do two on Friday and three on Saturday. Then Saturday evening or Sunday you are encouraged to do an extra special activity together just for fun and bonding.
Each session can also be highlighted with a gift if you choose (this is optional).

Our culture and world is going to push your kids to be sexually active and experimental. This is not God's best plan for them. They need to hear this from you and give them guidance in these areas. If you don't tell them, who will? 🤷♀️🤷♂️
